This iBearMoney Privacy Policy applies to the data collected by iBear LLC (“iBear”, “we”) through www.iBearMoney.com website (the “Site”). iBear is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal information. We provide this Privacy Policy to make our users aware of the steps we take to ensure the security of their data.

In order to access some iBearMoney services, you will be asked to register with your real name, username, an e-mail address and account password.
- User communications
When you send emails or other communications to iBear, we may retain those communications in order to process your enquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
- Log information
When you access the Site, our server automatically records certain information, which is sent by your browser type and stored in log files. This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser language, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp. This information, which does not allow to identify individual users, is used by iBear to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site. iBear will not use this information for any purposes other than stated in this Privacy Policy. Our server will also automatically record your device ID, as you access the Site using your mobile device.

We take your privacy very seriously and we will not disclose your personal information except in certain circumstances described below.

- Disclosure within iBear. We disclose your personal information within iBear and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

We may create and host a public discussion Forum and Blog for our users and the general public. Please note that iBear reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy, at any time, effective by posting the updated version of the Privacy Policy on the Site with the date of modification. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent and we expect that the majority of such changes will be minor. However, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice to our users.
